The range of equipment available at the ARS Medical Centre now includes a SmartXide V2LR fractional CO2 medical laser of the latest generation manufactured by the Italian medical equipment producer DEKA and used for elimination of undesirable skin formations and rejuvenation of facial skin.
Dermatologist Alena SOHA introduces to the new possibilities offered by the laser procedure. The DEKA SmartXide V2LR fractional CO2 laser is useful in various procedures of laser therapy.
Surgical Laser Procedures
- Removal of benign skin lesions (papillomas, keratomas, fibroids, seborrhoeic keratoses, warts etc.)
- Removal of normal moles.
- Correction of scars (hypertrophic and keloid scars) to restore the functioning of scar tissue.
Laser Treatment Procedures in Aesthetic Medicine
- Fractioned restoration of skin.
- Elimination of pigment spots.
- Correction (elimination) of atrophic acne scars.
FYI: The fractioned laser beam heats up the tissue causing coagulation and stimulating self-recovery of the hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin fibres. Tissue recovery after the procedure continues for an extra 6 months, resulting in the effect of lifting.
Reduction of various signs of ageing:
-
- skin tone improvement,
- reduction of skin pigmentation,
- narrowing of skin pores,
- smoothing and reduction of wrinkles, prevention of new wrinkles,
- improvement of the oval contour,
- the skin becomes fresher, smoother and younger.
